The San Lorenzo Residence is located on the sea shore at just 1 Km from Vieste.
The Residence offers accommodation in Apartments and Standard Rooms. The Apartments are all in stone, new, all endowed with modern equipment for your comfort as air conditioning, phone with direct line, TV-Sat; the Rooms are placed in a villa built in 1805, completely restored.
Some of our apartments are equipped to serve for the people with handicap and all the Residence was built to eliminate the architectonic barriers.
Our Guests have available: a bar, a swimming pool, tennis, football, volleyball camp, private beach, sauna, animation, mini club, parking

The prices includes: VAT, water, energy, parking (one auto vehicle for each apartment).

The prices are for an apartment per week.

Staying: minimum 3 nights, excepting the periods F/G.
Supplements:
Obligatory: S. Lorenzo Card: ( for person and week, from 3 to 65 years ) from 05.05.07 to 29.06.07 and from 26.08.07 to 29.09.07 Euro 28,00; from 30.06.07 to 25.08.07 Euro 35,00.
Comprises: private beach (1 sun umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deckchair for Apartment / Room), swimming-pool, the day / night use of the sport camp, access to the common services.
Final cleaning: Bi-local 4: Euro 65,00; Tri-local 4: Euro 70,00; Tri-local 6: Euro 75,00.
Joint offers: 1. Long vacation: 14 days at the price of 13 in all the periods, excepting the periods F/G; in case of booking 14 days in 2 periods with different prices, the free day will be deducted from the week with the lowest price.
2. Early booking: 5 % discount for confirmed booking with minimum 35 days before the beginning of the stay, for all the periods, excepting F/G.
The week 11.08.07 to 18.08.07 it is not for sale alone, but joint at the previous or the next week.
 

 Optional:

Bed linen: let in loco at 12,00 Euro for person and set.

Bath towels: let in loco at 9,00 Euro for a person and set.

Kitchen towels and table-cover are not available.

Cot: 49,00 Euro per week; to be requested at booking.

Extra bed ( if possible ): in the periods A/B/C Euro 70,00; in the periods D/E Euro 140,00; in the periods F/G Euro 175,00.

P.S.: all the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning which can be let in loco at 84,00 Euro per week and Apartment.
